The summer is nearing its end and it’s time to think about preparing for the autumn and winter… and with that in mind there will be registration sessions for the Active Age for All classes  starting on 10th September-

Come early to secure your classes!  We will be just inside the door of the Community Centre.

Classes will run for 12 weeks from Monday 24th September to the end of January.  We have a longer Christmas break this session.

Members who attended specific classes last session will be given priority for this session.  All members will be able to register their interest in joining a class by adding their names to a class waiting list.  All can come along to register any additional interests in other activities too – this will mean that you will be notified when anything is happening – dates of walks, talks and any other items of interest.

NEW this year is Bridge, French for absolute beginners, Mindfulness and Meditation, Music and Singing and also Pickleball.  Do come along and register your interest in these.

Tuesdays

French (intermediate or going forward from last session)   French for absolute beginners, Sit & Get Fit, Yoga, Bowls and Pickleball

Wednesdays

Tennis, Tai Chi, Cards, Spanish (tbc)

Thursdays

Photography, Tai Chi, Bridge, Bowling and Pickleball

Fridays

Yoga

 As with last year, almost all classes will be pre-paid.  The cost is 60 euro for each class running 12 weeks.  If you are attending several classes and want to split the payment, please talk to the hon.Treasurer.

Cards and Sit &Get Fit are 2 euro and pay as you go – but you need to register your interest so we have some idea of numbers to expect.  Pickleball (after the training sessions) is free, as is bowls.  All other classes are pay up front.

Note: The croquet starts on Wednesday 26th September in Newbridge house.
